Harry Potter, Star Wars and more nominated for EMP’s Sci-Fi and Fantasy Hall of Fame

Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Frankenstein are within the working to hitch the ranks of J.R.R. Tolkien, Stanley Kubrick, and different icons in fiction.

However we aren’t speaking in regards to the epic crossover franchise of your desires. Seattle’s EMP museum is inviting the general public to vote on nominees for its Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame exhibit. Voting opens Wednesday, April 27, and runs via Might 11.

In celebration of the Hall of Fame’s twentieth anniversary, EMP is including two new classes — Creators and Creations — to the exhibit. The nominees have been chosen by sci-fi and fantasy consultants from almost 2,000 submissions.

Winners will probably be revealed at EMP’s Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame celebration within the fall.
