Microsoft ‘Cliplets’ project blends video and still images

Microsoft Analysis is showing a new project called “Cliplets” that lets customers flip video clips into one thing nearer to a shifting still picture by successfully freezing a portion of the body and leaving one other portion of the video to run as is.

The project was unveiled this week as a part of Microsoft Analysis TechFest, an inside science truthful, and it’s available for public download now for Windows 7.
