OMG, so this occurred — a man with a zombie, child-size doll in his passenger seat was pulled over by a Washington State Patrol officer close to Tacoma.

The driving force was not let off regardless of his creativity and Halloween spirit. He obtained a $136 ticket, although they did notice that he obtained a break for the lack of a automobile seat.
